Research On The Influence Of System Operation Decision-Making Over The Core Competitiveness Of Zhejiang's Samll & Medium Enterprise

With the acceleration of economic globalization process, small & mediumenterprise (SME) have important status in our national economy and great value ofsupporting economic development. As the typical Chinese SME, Zhejiang SMEhaven't only the universality but also individuality. Face to the intense marketcompetition, though Zhejiang SME have some advantage their core competitivenessis also certain weak. On the base of the inside and outer environments of ZhejiangSME, we think system operation decision has considerable influence over the corecompetitiveness Zhejiang SME.In the paper the Zhejiang SME is the investigated object. Firstly, according tothe scholars study both here and abroad, enterprises decision-making connotation,SME definition, core competitive theories are summarized comprehensively.Secondly explain system decision-making and analysis the Zhejiang SMEcharacteristic, their system decision-making and core competitive actuality;combination theory with practice, there is discussion of relation between systemdecision-making and core competitiveness in Zhejiang SME. Then design thequestionnaires of system decision-making and core competitiveness according to thesystem decision-making and core competitiveness, and investigate the physicalcircumstance between system decision-making and core competitiveness in ZhejiangSME. On the base of the anterior questionnaire investigations, the materials will befinished and efficient samples will be chosen; through analytic hierarchy process the every question of core competitive questionnaire will be ascertained the weighing.The demonstration discusses the system decision-making and core competitiveness inZhejiang SME go hand in hand. Finally, there are some suggestions how theZhejiang SME use system decision-making effectively to improve their corecompetitiveness.
