Under the globalization, the international trade of China has developed at a high speed. Although the main export destinations which China targets are the developed countries, the large market of the developing countries is significant for China's export. Therefore, the exploration of this new market becomes an important task.China and India are the two largest developing countries. Along with the high developing speed, the trade amount between the two countries is however limited. So it is important to improve the bilateral trade of the two countries, which is also a breakthrough in this field. The development will also benefit the economic improving of Asia.The text collected the overall data of trade between China and India, got the index number, and then gave the policy suggestion. Begin with the analysis of the reality of the trade between the two countries, the article explored the affection and restriction on the bilateral trade. At last, on the basis of the research results of a large number of other studies, the paper conducts the research to investigate the trade problem between China and India, including the trade disputation and building Free trade area affairs.
