Marketing is applicated by the foreign commercial banks from the sixties last century, while which is absorbed and wielded step by step by domestic commercial banks from later nineties. Currently, with the financial market changed from seller to buyer, the importance of marketing has been more outstanding, which has been the foundation of the financial enterprises'existence and development, and the marketing talent must been taken seriously and the stimulated system should be improved.The dissertation studied the problems about affecting marketing staff satisfaction in commercial banks, according to a large amount of Chinese and English documental data and the satisfied degree investigated questionnaire on three commercial banks in Chongqing urban area. And analysed the problems, brought forward the resolving methods.The text includes the following parts:Introduction: including research purpose, theory and practical significance, and explaining research methods, content and construction.Theory summary at home and abroad: including development of stimulated ideas, several classical stimulated theories and some representative excitation theories brought forward by domestic scholars in recent years as well.Current situation analyse: This part summed up problems in the stimulated system of marketing staff in commercial banks, such as: short in characteristic and corporate enterprise culture, short of insufficient career management; short of the payment and welfare system adapting to marketing staff, and short of the science and fare testing and assessing system and so on, by the questionnaire on three commercial banks in Chongqing urban area.Stimulated system based on staff satisfied design: This part brought up the resolving methods about constructing enterprise culture, training development, career administration, payment and welfare system and science testing and assessing system.On the background of domestic banks'transferring to a different track and gradually fierce marketing competition, the text studied further on the marketing staff's job satisfaction and their needs, and researched the problem of stimulating. It has jumped out of traditional looking on salary payment as the excitation factor to make employee satisfied only, and has structured the stimulating system of theoretical frame comparatively on certain aspect.
