The Research On The Model Of Development Finance Supporting The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In China

On the background of the developing environment of the small-medium enterprises (hereunder called SMEs) since the beginning of Reform and Open to the world of China, this thesis analyses the situation and characteristics of the SMEs, to point out one of the most serious bottleneck of the development of SMEs is the difficulty of finance. Meanwhile, on the base of the Theory of the Cycle of the Finance Improvement, the author also analyses the main reasons of the equity gap of SMEs resulted from the defects of enterprises themselves, finance companies and credit guarantee companies, to further fundamentally discover its structural problem——The Policy of Finance Control. By studying the experience of the overseas policy(including America, Japan and Korea)and operation of finance support to enterprises. In the end of the paper, the author not only puts forward the mode of development finance supporting the SMEs including the financing model, guarantee model and service model, but also gives several suggestions from development organization, the government and SMEs.
