With the development of Xinjiang's foreign trade,as the largest province closing to Central Asia's of china,the unique geopolitical economic advantage with five central Asian countries provides Xinjiang's enterprises a good environment to access the Central Asia market. In recent years,the state is implementing the strategy of developing the western region,and encouraging Xinjiang's enterprises to make efforts to open up the international market. Meanwhile,the state's eastern Xinjiang's enterprises also make use of the opportunity of industrial-transferred to actively develop the manufactory in Xinjiang,realize the true meaning of "joint East and west," and energetically develop the Central Asia market.In the process of Xinjiang's enterprises opening up the market in Central Asia,how to choose a suitable access mode to efficiently develop the Central Asia market is a very important decision-making. And it can be more efficient and more secure to realize the development goals in the foreign exchanges and economic cooperation. The modes of access international market include: exporting,compacting and direct investing. In the past 15 years,Xinjiang's economic and trade cooperation with the five Central Asian countries is from volatile to stable. And the rapid development has made tremendous achievements. The economic and trade cooperation between Central Asian region and Xinjiang has gradually formed a multi-component,multi-form and multi-channel pattern. In recent years,there are some changes in the market environment of the Central Asian markets. The entry mode of developing Central-Asia markets of Xinjiang's enterprises has also gradually changed. In recent years,the model of developing the Central Asia markets of Xinjiang's enterprises were from the exporting-mode that be in larger share in the past to the investment-mode. To a large extent,the choice of access mode of Xinjiang's enterprises in Central Asia depends on the degree of market access,control level and resource commitments factors,and so on. Therefore,the decision-making of access-mode becomes one of the key elements to decide the successes or failures of operationin in Central Asian market. In the process of developing markets in Central Asia,what the favorable and unfavorable factors of Xinjiang's enterprises will be face? How to use the inside and outside evaluation system to evaluate the access- mode? After Xinjiang's enterprises choosing the access-model,how to prevent the accessing and developing risks according the different features? All of these backgrounds triggered me to study the entry mode of Xinjiang's enterprises developing the Central Asian market. The ultimate goal of these studies for the economic cooperation and trade between Xinjiang and Central Asia is wish to offer a reference to the Xinjiang's enterprises.This paper will review the existing theories , ideas and views of developing international markets,it constitute a pattern of conduct in-depth analysis of the theoretical framework of The Access Mode of Xinjiang's Enterprises Developing the Central Asian Market. And it recalled Xinjiang foreign exchanges and economic cooperation with the Central Asian region's history Central Asian markets by these theories. Under a new era in international trade background,the current stage of economic integration and the current situation in the unique geopolitical environment of the Central Asian region. From the macroeconomic environment,bilateral trade policies to support the competitiveness of enterprises,it describes the situation of Xinjiang's enterprises to develop Central Asia markets and analysis the factors of access model of Xinjiang's enterprises. Moreover it provides some policy recommendations to optimizate and upgrade the access mode of Xinjiang's enterprises developing Central Asia markets.
