This index system emphasizes on reflecting the small and medium-sized enterprises' s developing and creating capabilities, meantime accompanied with some indexes such as the analysis of cash flow and performance of agreements and so on, tries to evaluate the small and medium-sized enterprises' credit state completely and authentically, and solves the medium-sized enterprises.
