Study On The Market For Corporate Control In Govering The Chinese Listed Corporate

I am discussing the role of the market for Corporate Control in governing thecorporation in this thesis. It seems to me that in a mature securities market, the valueof a corporation could be manifested by the price of its stock. When the corporation isevaluated because of the Agency Problem, the price of its stock will fall downaccordingly, and under this circumstance the outer "shooters" will take advantage ofit and take over the corporation by purchasing enough stocks of such corporation.Today, our country capital market is experiencing reform of non-tradable shareswhich Can change the structure of stockholders in listed company. That result in theoriginal non- tradable shares can trade in stock market and change the shares morediversification. Because the stockholders structure is very important to the market forCorporate Control, so the change of the stockholders structure can change themechanism of the market for Corporate Control. This thesis discuss the role of themarket for Corporate Control in governing the corporation in new environment of thecapital market. This article divides into five chapters. I analyzed the role of themarket for Corporate Control in governing the corporation. In chapter three, Idissertated how does the market for Corporate Control effect the Chinese listedcorporations. In chapter four, Empirical Analysis of the Corporate Control effect onthe Chinese listed Corporations.At the end of my thesis, I came to the conclusion that the Corporate Governanceshould be established. Because every integrated systems of measure or means ofCorporate Governance can't resolve the problem solely, so should make use of all ofthe mechanisms and measures to achieve the goal.
