Therefore, apart from mobile network and equipment, mobile operators are also concerned with the end-user satisfaction and overall business sentiment.As the user perception is a subjective concept, different users will feel differently and different terminals, services, places and different access mode of networks will have different impact on them as well. Thus the analysis and evaluation of users' perceptive has become an extremely complicated task.How to evaluate user perception in a comprehensive way, how to further measure and detect user perception, and how to apply the perception so as to evaluate the gap between different networks and business and provide optimized solutions, for operators, this is a challenging task with great value and significance. With the diversity of mobile data services, end-users are increasingly concerned about the content and applications of services。Mobile operators' concern is not limited to network and equipment; meanwhile, they have begun to attach great importance to end-users' feelings and overall satisfaction. The project of user perception tries to establish an evaluation system of user perception based on fuzzy evaluation. In the process, a series of project management methods are adopted, thus effectively ensuring the progress of projects and the accuracy and feasibility of project achievements. This paper focuses on the characteristics and applications of these methods, which can serve as a reference for future study of similar research projects.
