This article is intended to address an updated value-added service of broadband business of the enterprises in telecommunication industry, i.e. the promotion strategy of ASP mode informatization management software for medium and small-sized enterprises through the exertion of marketing management knowledge. ASP mode enterprise informatization software has totally different characteristics from the previous telecommunication services, and its promotion may be integrated with some basic development of the enterprises in the telecommunication industry and also has some difficulties and challenges. To study and establish the development strategy of this service shall contribute to a certain real sense for the enterprises in the telecommunication industry to make full use of their own advantages and increase the core competitiveness. This article takes a telecommunication enterprise—a market challenger as the carrier of the new service and implements the positioning of the enterprise. Meanwhile it also starts with the competitive environment analysis on medium and small-sized enterprises informatization software marketing field and adopts many measures such as SWOT analysis method, PEST analysis method, Porter 5 force analysis method and combination analysis method and so forth to plan the marketing strategy design and marketing combination analysis for the telecommunication enterprises in marketing this kind of new service.
