Compare And Research Of The Current Agriculture Development And The Policy Adjustment Between China Japan And Korea

Nowadays study on agricultural modernization and policy regulation in respective countries emerge numerously; however, few researchers have engaged in the comparative studies in this field between China and various other countries.In parts of countries in East Asian area agricultural co-operation and interaction have been very active and there are both considerable similarities and obvious differences and complementariness in their agricultural resources and production. It is very significant for the agricultural modernization and internationalization and the improvement of agricultural support policy system in China to study the developmental characteristics of modern agriculture, the transfer of surplus agricultural labors, agricultural resource collocation, agricultural configuration and the changes of agricultural support policies etc. in this countries.In the micro-background of further development of economic globalization and regional economic co-operation in East Asia, the thesis first discusses the theories and practices of agricultural developmental patterns and support policy regulation in parts of countries in East Asian area. Then, it compares the different characteristics showing in the process of agricultural modernization of these countries and also points out their successes and failures. On the basis of the general introduction of the historical changes of agricultural policies and the establishment of agricultural support policy system in the countries, the paper compares their agricultural support policies, trying to reveal the problems and restrictive factors in support policies in Chinese agriculture and analyze how to utilize properly these countries experience so as to offer a certain theoretical basis for the policy regulation in China.
