Organizational Commitment (OC) is the comparatively extent of the staff committing to the organization and the tendency of staff's attitudes. While Organizational Support (OS) means the extent of the employer's appreciation on the employee's contribution and the care employer showing to the employee. Under current fierce competition, employers emphasize employee's work performance more often, especially in management software field. The main purpose of this paper is to discover the influence of OC and OS on the work performance in the method of case study.There are many studies on the theories of OC,however, when concerning the influence of OC on the work performance, the study is comparatively less. Domestically, we only find some basic studies on OS and there is seldom research on its influence against the work performance. Based on the present theories, this paper aims to study the influence of OC and OS on work performance using the method of case study. Besides that, we advance the concepts of Two-way Commitment (TWC), and try to research further on the relations of OC and OS, as well as the influence of TWC against the work performance.Taking SV management software consultant firm as an example, and with the help of SPSS 14.0 statistics software, we get conclusions as follows:1) Affective Commitment (AC) has weak correlation with work performance. Continuous Commitment (CC) has weak negative correlation with work performance. Normative Commitment (NC) has strong correlation with work performance.2) OS has strong correlation with work performance.3) OS has strong correlation with AC and NC, while has weak negative correlation with CC.4) TWC has strong correlations with work performance. Comparing with OS, TWC has stronger influence power on the work performance.
