Research On Rebuilding Rural Financial System Based On The Perspective Of The Reform Of Jiangsu Rural Credit Cooperative

Finance plays a very important role in modern economy. At present, many questions of Chinese rural finance are restricting the agricultural structure adjustment, the countryside development and the farmer additionally receive. Deepen the rural finance reform has become urgent need of the solution three dimensional rural problem and building a well-off society in an all-round way. Based on the analysis of the current condition of financial system and perspective of the reform of Jiangsu rural credit cooperative, introduce three kind of patterns of reform of the current rural credit cooperative, and use the SDI model to appraisal three rural commercial bank's financial sustainable development. Moreover, it has also carried on empirical analysis in this article to the Jiangsu Province various cities rural credit cooperative reform pattern by cluster analysis.This article proposed a tentative plan of rebuilding a new rural financial system. This article consists of 5 parts:Part 1: Introduction. In widely introduced the domestic and foreign research literature in the foundation, this part proposed research significance, and introduced the main method of this article studies in the process.Part 2: The present situation of rural financial system in China. After a brief review of the history of institutional reform of rural finance, it inspected the current situation of rural financial system in China, and summarized Chinese rural finance system basic characteristic and the main flaw. And then, it emphasized on current situation of the rural credit cooperative, the agricultural development bank, and Agriculture Bank of China.Part 3: Jiangsu Province rural credit cooperative: Pattern and empirical analysis. By taking the reform of Jiangsu Province rural credit cooperative as the research object, this part introduced three kinds of reform pattern of the current rural credit cooperative, and use the SDI model to appraisal Zhangjiagang, Changshu, and Jiangyin three rural commercial banks' financial sustainable development. Moreover, it has also carried on empirical analysis in this part to the Jiangsu Province various cities rural credit cooperative reform pattern.Part 4: Factors that influence the reform of rural credit cooperative. This part analyzed the advantages and the restriction factors from inside and outside two aspects which influence Chinese rural credit cooperative reform. And it has carried on a empirical analysis of the region difference of Chinese rural credit cooperative, and then proposed reforms of different rural credit cooperatives should adapt to differences, and then choose a better reform pattern which suits their own development in order to display the supporting agriculture function well.Part 5:The tentative plan of rebuilding Chinese rural financial system. It proposed the new rural financial system goal and the construction. It also proposed the concrete strategic step, the way and the safeguard mechanism for new rural financial system constructing. Strategic orientation of the rural credit cooperative, the agricultural development bank and Agriculture Bank of China in the new rural financial system was also carried on analyzing.
