Nowadays, Lean production that derived from TOYOTA is the mostadvanced andeffective production management approach. Its key point is to eliminate waste in all aspectsof a firm's production activities throughestablishing production system with high agility. Itrepresents thetendency of modem manufacturing industry, It has been credited as thestandardproduction management approach in the 21 st century. In the book, the machine that changedthe world, the author pointed out that thereal surplus is the capacity of mass productionwithout competitiveadvantage while the capacity of lean production is scarce.But good ideals and methods are required to be combined with thereality. In order todevelop the core competency, based on the mypractical experience in H company, this thesispresent some practicalmeasures and proposals on how to carry out lean production.H corporation is typical representation of High Tech enterprise which changed fromprimary volume-produce to Lean production, many problems that H corporation occurs arecommonness problems of High Tech enterprise manufacture system. Through this article'sanalysis for H orporation's problem, combining the development of accurate productiontheory and practice of other units, it advanced some aspects that H corporation should payattention especially for advancing Lean production, and providing reference for advancingLean production of other High Tech enterprise.This thesis is divided into five parts on the structure.Chapter 1 manufacture mode. introduces the major points of lean production. Namelyeliminate waste, idle time and reduceinventory, shorten production lead time, setup time,improve the flexibility to realize lean production.Chapter 2 introduces actuality of the H company, clarifies the importance and necessityof carrying out lean production.Chapter 3 is the major part of this thesis, conduct value chain analysis to optimize theprocess. Through the concrete case, this section illuminates how to conduct value chainanalysis, minimize the non-value-added process, inventory, idle time topromote leanproduction. Chapter 4 is the major part of this thesis. Based on the analysis of the problemsencountered by H Company, it puts forward the measuresand proposals on carrying out leanproduction. Through the reconstruction oforganization in H Company, strengthencommunication and coordination and accelerate the response to changes in market demand,reduce the in-fighting, offer the foundation of organization for the practice of lean production,on this basis, change the mode of production organizing, transfer push system into pull systemin order toattain the goal of reducing the inventory.Chapter 5 Evaluation of benefit of Lean production in H Company.
