Reviewing the communication research and interpersonal communication research comprehensively, we discovered that there was much academic theory and positive research on communication in terms of psychology or sociology but little comprehensive interpersonal communication research in western countries, whereas communication research was unsubstantial in China, and there was much experiential demonstration but little academic theory and positive research; as for positive research on interpersonal communication within the enterprises was much less. In the 21st century, interpersonal communication became more significant for every social organization. In the face of drastic market competition, if enterprises could handle interpersonal communication and establish interpersonal communication culture within the enterprises, undoubtedly which could create more benefit and increase competition strength of the enterprises.Basing upon the basic theories of various subjects, we conceived the dimension structure of interpersonal communication within the enterprises and tried hard to study interpersonal communication more comprehensively, deeply and concretely; with the dimension structure, we developed the scale of interpersonal communication within enterprises in China; through questionnaire survey and data analysis, we raised rational reflection on improvement in interpersonal communication's strategy within the enterprises. The dissertation intended to do some innovative job to make research on interpersonal communication within the enterprises.The dissertation made positive research on interpersonal communication within the enterprises and rational reflection on the improvement in its strategy and attempted to do some basic job to establish interpersonal communication culture within enterprises, enhance enterprises' management, increase competition strength of the enterprises, and quicken economic boom.The dissertation consists of four parts:1. It introduced the background of communication and interpersonal communication and put forward the issues of the research.2. It reviewed the communication research and interpersonal communication research, reflected and defined the definition of communication and interpersonal communication, stated former researchers' study on communication and interpersonal communication, conceived the dimension structure of interpersonal communication within the enterprises and presented academic theory's value and positive research's significance.3. It made positive research on interpersonal communication within the enterprises. The contents includes: Developing scale of interpersonal communication within the enterprises; using analysis of exploring factors and testing the scale's validity and reliability, and emending the scale. Doing questionnaire survey on interpersonal communication within the enterprises, which shows there was distinct differentia between interpersonal communication within the enterprises and population variable such as age, education, job and enterprises; there was distinct differentia between communication obstacle and education, communication obstacle and job; there was distinct differentia between communication skill and age, communication skill and enterprises; and there was distinct differentia between communication effect and education, communication effect and enterprises.4. It made rational reflection on improvement in strategy of interpersonal communication within enterprises. The research showed: interpersonal communication within enterprises had five important factors, including communication surroundings, communication obstacle, communication climate, communication skill, and communication effect, which had an effect on interpersonal communication within enterprises. So we suggested that improving communication surroundings for creating excellent condition of interpersonal communication within enterprises; removing communication obstacle for bringing up healthy idea on interpersonal communication within enterprises; harmonizing communication climate for setting up harmonious climate of interpersonal communication within enterprises; improving communication skill for perfecting an individual communication skill; creating approving communication effect for promoting individual growth and social development.In conclusion, the research made a brand-new pioneer job on interpersonal communication within the enterprises, reflected interpersonal communication within enterprises from five dimensions comprehensively, which includes communication surroundings, communication obstacle, communication climate, communication skill, and communication effect, summarized the formers' research and developed the scale that can be measurable and diagnostic tool for interpersonal communication within the enterprises in China.
