| With theoretical research, the article refers to published papers and practical datum recently. It analyzes main content of the theories performance management in order to definite its intention and significance. Linking the practical station of middle-small enterprise, this article introduces many methods and tools. Two enterprises as example, the paper explore how to set up performance management system through BSC. Based with theoretical analysis and practical studies, enterprise can set up inter process and steps through applying target management and BSC.Through practice, the author summarizes many experience of setting up performance management system through BSC. Meanwhile, the author believes that BSC is good for enterprise development strategy. |
