Research On Enterprise Cultural Construction Of Privately-operated Enterprise In Our Country

Enterprise culture has already become the most important factor that the enterprise wins in the new economic times. Enterprise culture is a leap of scientific management to cultural management of enterprise, and which is also an inevitable trend and choice of the modern business enterprise managing development. Because China is switching from planned economy to market economy, new market economic system is in the stage of developing. The restraint mechanism is not very perfect about the enterprise especially privately-operated enterprise. There are many questions must be considered about privately-operated enterprise, such as how to fulfill consciously social responsibility, how to abide consciously by national law, how to defend staffs' legitimate rights and interests, how to build up well honesty and trustworthiness of the enterprise sculpture in both production and management. Privately-operated enterprise must struggle for survival along with competition of many large enterprises, so it appears more urgent and important to construct excellent enterprise culture.Enterprise culture is the connotation and essence of enterprise management, and is also the capital for building up the brand superiority. According to the actualities of privately-operated enterprise culture, there are many questions to hinder the sustained development of privately-operated enterprise, including enterprise highly valuing form while making light of connotation, "chief culture" and being disjointed with system culture and so on. That has become the unsubstantial rib of the development of privately-operated enterprise due to without both of modern enterprise culture ideas and suited atmosphere of enterprise culture. This paper argued that in order to build up excellent enterprise culture, we must match it with the cultural present situation of privately-operated enterprise, and absorb our excellent traditional culture. At the same time, we should borrow properly advanced management ideas and excellent enterprise culture from the foreign countries. We must innovate bravely so as to build up modern enterprise culture with own characteristic. We should pay attention to train the people-oriented value view of the privately-operated enterprise, the honesty and trustworthiness morality view of the privately-operated enterprise, the conscientious innovation and reality of the privately-operated entrepreneur spirit, and taking the famous-brand product as the carrier of the privately-operated enterprise image.
