It is the continual prosperity of the international economics, together with the severity of market competition which caused corporations purchased the non-core capability from the others one after another to enhance their core capability of market competition, followed by the appearance and development of The Third Party Logistics(3PL), which, accordingly, attracted the eyes of the enterprisers and scholars widely. Among the parts of 3PL, the development of 3PL of Aviation(3PLA) is the rapidest one caused by the integration of the global Supply Chain, the pursuing of 'just-in-time' by corporations, the shorting of life cycle of the high-technique product, the development of the information technique, as well as by the supporting of air market opening policies in the world. It is necessary, therefore, to study the competitive strategy in the 3PL of Aviation market to improve the competition ability for Chinese aviation logistics in global logistics market.At the first, the paper give the definition of the 3PL of Aviation, analyze the relationship and difference between the 3PLA and the other related conception, Based on the characteristics of 3PL and aviation logistics, the paper analysize the characteristics of 3PLA,. After analyzed and fractionized, according the developing situation, the aviation logistics market, the paper divide the 3PLA market into two parts: air-express market and aviation logistics project market, which have developed into oligarch monopoly stage.Secondly, the paper researched competition strategy of the air-express market. Based on product differentiation Bertrand Model, the optimal price strategy of finite capacity air-express company on a given market with dynamic demand is analyzed. By establishing incomplete information repeated games and finding its refining Bayesian Equilibrium, the probability of establishing price alliance between different costs company is analyzed. And based on these analyses, give the condition of establishing price alliance and of its collapsing as well, the optimal strategy when alliance collapsed.In the last part, the paper, at first, gave the definition of aviation logistics project and the program of its auction and bidding, and reviewed the bidding theory reference systematically. And then the paper explained the theory of bidding for logistics project by the asymmetry information game model established corresponding to the property of aviation logistics project. On the bidding for long term aviation logistics project, by given the probability biding model and bidding revenue function considering the opportunity cost, thepaper establish the decision model of bidding.In thelast, the paper demostrited the process of bidding for long term avaition logistics and analyzed the solving by an example.
