Nalysis About Maintenance Supply A Management And Strategy For China United Airlines

Maintenance Supply Management is one of the most important parts in Airlines operation, for this work will provide the spares which used in maintenance and repair of aircraft, and the cost spent on this work is one of the biggest parts in the cost of Airlines. Change a word, this work plays very important roles at least in three aspect of Airlines operation: safety, efficiency and cost.CUA (China United Airlines Ltd.) is a holding subsidiary company of Shanghai Airlines. CUA is a new limited company, but many characteristics which the China traditional airlines should have can be found in her operation obviously, Especially in Financial Management, Human Resources Management and Maintenance Supply Management.The object of study in this thesis is CUA's Maintenance Supply Management system, after analysis it, many defects and problems can be found immediately. In order to find the inside reason that lead to them, very careful learning and the comparative method must be used. Especially through the learning and comparing with the common failing of domestic airlines and the successful method and theory of overseas airlines, the key factors of the strategy of the CUA's Maintenance Supply Management system can be confirmed. And then, one rather reasonable and practicable reform plan would be established. This work should improve CUA's Maintenance Supply Management and bring many benefits for basic management of CUA.
