| Software industry is the forerunner and strategy industry for national economy and social development. It definitely changes our life style, the way of thinking, and even the configuration of our society. It is also important to the nation's politics, economy and social security. Software industry is undoubtedly the center and soul in the whole information industry. The evolution form software industry to industrial cluster makes great progress in the development of the software industry. Silicon Valley in the USA and Bangalore in India accelerate the economic development of their own country, which attract people from all over the world. Many country would like the follow the way of Silicon Valley and Bangalore, hoping building their own software industrial cluster. Few succeed, however. The reason for the success of Silicon Valley and Bangalore is the atmosphere of innovation and peoples' will and ability to create, which is rooted in the peoples' mind, and can not be imitated mechanically by others. The only way to make success like Silicon Valley or Bangalore is to form the innovational atmosphere around people, which would take a very long time. The purpose of this paper is to find a way, using the theory of innovation networking, to establish regional innovation networking for the software industry in order to improve the ability of innovation for the software industrial cluster.There are 7chapters in this paper. Chapter 1 introduces the surrounding and meaning of this paper, and analyses the situation all around the world of the research on this topic, and gives the contents and creation of this paper. Chapter 2 describes how innovation networking forms----how software industry agglomeration develops into innovation networking. Several concepts are introduced in this chapter too. Chapter 3 discusses the function of innovation networking, and point out that innovation networking can help to make innovation in many aspects and analyses the structure of innovation networking. Chapter 4 describes how innovation networking works in both theoretical and practical aspects. Chapter 5 talks about the evolution of innovation networking of software industry. By analyzing the three different stages of the innovation networking, this chapter tries to find a way to establish innovation networking. Chapter 6 is about the risk and management of the innovation networking of software industry, which gives the problems in the innovation networking and the ways to solve them. Chapter 7 is the case of Bangalore in India. Form this chapter you can see to what extent our theory is successful. |
