A created and critical research framework and an economic model about this coherent relationship are about to demonstrated and proved in this paper based on the deep and thorough discussion of the enterprise performance's concept. According to the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), which is brought up by Professor Quinn from Business School in University of Michigan and Professor Cameron from Business School in Case Western Reserve University, the new framework and model intently evaluate enterprise culture from two groups of corresponding dimensions: Flexibility VS stability; Interior-Oriented VS Exterior-Oriented. Taking both the profitable index and growing index created by Professors Govin and Glevin concerning about organizational performance, and taking as a reference the enterprise performance evaluation method illustrated by Antoncic B. and Hisrich, R.D. (2001) in the article < Intrapreneurship: construct refinement and cross-cultural validation > (Journal of business venturing[M]. Vol. 16, pp. 495-527), this paper makes an assumption that try to be proved and thus showed validity. The assumption is as followed:The more Flexible the enterprise culture is, the better and higher the profitable index the entity will perform; The more Flexible the enterprise culture is, the better and higher the growing index the entity will perform; The more Stable the enterprise culture is, the worse and lower the profitable index the entity will perform; The more Stable the enterprise culture is, the worse and lower the growing index the entity will perform; The more Exterior-Oriented the enterprise culture is, the better and higher the profitable index the entity will perform; The more Exterior-Oriented the enterprise culture is, the better and higher the growing index the entity will perform; The more Interior-Oriented the enterprise culture is, the worse and lower the profitable index the entity will perform; The more Interior-Oriented the enterprise culture is, the worse and lower the growing index the entity will perform;A questionnaire about this topic concerning enterprise culture and corresponding performance is specially designed and sampled across the whole national enterprise for this paper. After collecting 112 valid respondents'answer and analyzing these data, a final and firm conclusion about the relationship between the enterprise culture and corresponding performance is reached and confirmed:(1) The enterprise culture will surely make significant influence upon corresponding performance;(2) The more flexible the enterprise culture is, the more outstanding and excellent the performance the entity will has;(3) The more stable the enterprise culture is, the worse and less ideal the performance the entity will have;(4) The more Interior-Oriented the enterprise culture is, the worse and less ideal the performance the entity will have;(5) The more Exterior-Oriented the enterprise culture is, the more outstanding and excellent the performance the entity will have;(6) The degree of Flexibility and the degree of Exterior-Oriented the enterprise carries out will surely make significant influence upon corresponding performance. Finally, the way to establish and analyze enterprise culture is discussed theorically and empirically with the hope to help national entperises to construct an enterprise culture theory system with Chinese characteristics. A suitable enterprise culture can not only boost the development of an Organization, but also stimulate more and more enterprenuers to popularize better enterprise culture construction.
