Since from China has participated in WTO, the tarriff is descended to a great extent. This situation, we should say, works to the advantages of the agricultural product exportation .But for protecting their markets, for the people's health and environmental protection, some other countries carry out a series of Technical Barriers to Trade. Many countries especially stipulate some presciptions for the agrcultural products.Some important countries such as European Union, the U.S.A and Japan. Where our agricultural production exports to stipulate the new prescription on the basis of the original TBT.The Technical Barriers to Trade possess the quality of concealment. It concerns a wide range(it involves kinds of animals and plants'products such as the corns, aquatic products, fruits and vegetables) and a great influence. So it makes the agricultural production exports into a difficult position and has the huge economic loss. Recently, with the increase of the quantities of TBT bulletion, it arouses the attention of all domains. For this reason, it looks like more important and has more practical sense to investigate an agricultural country just like China on how the Technical Barriers to Trade influence our country's agricultural production exports.Only through this kind of investigation .We could find the way to solve the problem to extend the agricultural prosuction exports, to enhance the competitive abilities in the internatinal market.This thesis is on the basis of discussing the present conditions of country's agricultural production export, find the reasons, analyzes the characters of the characters of the three main countrise agricultural production exports, finds the reasons, analyzes the characters of the characters of the three main countries Technical Barriers to Trade.At last, the thesis presents the way to solve this problem.The whole thesis totally is divided into five parts: Firstly, it is an introductive part. According the data from Chinese AgriculturalInformation Web, this chapter tries to analyze the present conditions of our countries'agrcultural production trades. This chapter discusses some characters from three aspects: from the agricultural production export quota, from the export structure and from the export regions. At the same time, this chapter also points out the six aspects'problems of agricultural production exports.ChapterⅡintroduces the overseas countries carry out TBT to the agricultural production. This chapter applies the analytic way of differentiating countries. Firstly, it introduces the European Union TBT system's development, constitution and the characters of European Union's new way instructions. Secondly, it introduces the characters of American TBT and the specific measures to agricultural production's TBT. At last, it introduces several aspects about Japan's prescription to the agricultural production's TBT.ChapterⅢintroduces the specific influence every country technical barries to our countries agricultural production exports. It applies the form of tabulate to provide the list that our country's agricultural production suffers from the American , European Union's and Japanese Technical Barriers to Trade and the specific influences. Through these specific cases, we could see the influences of the Technical Barriers to Trade to the Technical Barriers to Trade to the agricultural production exports more clearly.
