With our country joining WTO, the enterprise of our country will be confronted with the challenge form both international and domestic market fierce competition more directly. And at the same time, the economic globalization brought by technical revolution of information draws near the distance between each enterprise and has widened the space range that enterprises dealt in, thus makes the internationalized degree of the production improve constantly and aggravates the competition between the international and domestic enterprises. An indispensable problem that we have to meet is how to strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise and improve the efficiency of the enterprise. As a kind of new competitive strategy based on Internet and Information Technology, informatization becomes an important approach to impel the development of the enterprise, strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise and improve the efficiency of the enterprise. Moreover, the various date and examples prove that informatization has remarkable and positive effect on enhancing the efficiency of the enterprise substantially.However, not all enterprises implementing informatization can get the desired goal and attain the purpose of promoting the enterprise efficiency. Currently ,with regard to our country participate in the business enterprises of the informatization construction, they not only exist dissimilarity of high or low construction level and different phenomenon of good or bad quality of effect, but also exist the information system blindness investment and various question of the repeated construction. The reason can be mainly attributed to lacking in understanding of informatization operation, lacking the homologous theory system to guide the business enterprise how to make use of the information technique to enhance competitive advantage and improve efficiency more effectively. In other words, we aren't acquainted with the basic operation theory on how to strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise and improve the efficiency of the enterprise and are pressed for one more explicit theory to guide us. All these lead to informatization construction of blindness. In this kind of cause, this research has the important practical and academic meaning.Just under this background, the paper analyses the mechanism of improving enterprise sale -- a section of enterprise -- management efficiency by informatization in order to explain how informatization promotes the efficiency of the sale management.This paper chooses the sale department in some medicine manufacturing enterprise as the research object. The article contains five parts.The first part is introduction. It elaborated background and meanings of this paper research. This chapter summarized the study about the informatization and the enterprise efficiency at home and abroad at present, and made sure the thesis basic contents and structure.The second part, at first, studied the environment of the sale management in order to define the main jobs of the sale department. We can know what to do at next step only if we know definitely the concrete content of the sale management, including sales plan management, sales contract management, sales return and exchange management, customer consultation service and so on.And then this paper gave the business process of the main jobs of the sale department when this medicine manufacturing enterprise doesn't carry out informatization. The author finds out the problems, such as the person who needs some information for some reason can not get the data immediately, the information that the person get is not very exactly, that exist the business process which is before described.In the third part, the article described the operation mode of sale management under the environment of informatization construction. And then found out the difference between carrying out informatization and not and concluding the change. For example, the communication is not any more by telephone, some bill of document disappear. At last, according to study the change about the business process, the author found out what happen in the sales management. It mainly discusses the influence that is caused by the informatization, and points out the several ways that the informatization affects the sale management, as follows: to improve efficiency and exactness, to decrease cost availablyThe fourth part: The research on mechanism of enterprise sale management efficiency promoted by informatization. First of all, the author research on the activities of dealing with the information, considering the informatization, in order to find out the key influencing factors that effect on how to work. And then study the relationship between the influencing factors and the change that concluded in the part three. In the end, explain the mechanism of improving enterprise sale management efficiency by infarmatization.The last part is the conclusion, included the research result and innovation, and carried on the outlook to the future research direction.21 century is an information age. With the globalization trend of economic competition and the great power of knowledge, the enterprise faces not only the opportunity but also the challenge. So the enterprises must face the fierce international competition and will face good opportunities and severe challenges.Outer changeable environmental factors, rapid development of technology, communication technology and micro-electronic technology made the information break the limit of space and time. IT penetrated every corner of the world. So nowadays market, if the enterprises want to survive, develop and raise the core competitiveness, they must take the informatization on the agenda.But how does informatization become more efficient? The answers to the question are put attention on the mechanism of enterprise sale management efficiency promoted by informatization. The aim of the paper is this. The thesis explain the informatization operation, the basic operation theory on how to improve the efficiency of the sale management.
