With the flourishing development of Internet, e-commerce emerges rapidly. The research of the e-commerce model has caused extensive interest. It is important for research to find the e-commerce model suitable for enterprises now, and it is the foundation that enterprises carry on e-commerce too, so it is essential to choose the correct e-commerce model. The meaning of studying model selection of e-commerce under this background is great. The research of the text is to choose the correct e-commerce model for enterprises.The text for the study on e-commerce model has commented, the pluses and minuses of the classification system between domestic and international e-commerce model, appraising the atom e-business model is the most suitable classification method of research of e-business model. And compare to appraising the method, AHP is the most suitable appraisal of method for the text. This text from strategic objective, revenue source, critical success factor and core competence of the four aspects introduce in detail.On the foundation of the comprehensive domestic and international scholar studies, have proposed the method based on the atom e-business model of e-commerce model selection. Under the prerequisite based on atom e-business model has carried on the sieve of the beginning of the e-commerce model. First it has introduced the primary screening principle: enterprises come to describe the principle of model selection of e-commerce from unity, uniqueness, adaptability, comprehensive objectivity, ease of use and convenience. Secondly according to the e-commerce model of primary screening flow diagram: the first step is the classification of enterprises, enterprises are manufacturing industry, service trade or agriculture. The second step is according to influencing atom e-business model of factor (strategic objective, revenue source, critical success factor, core competence) are judged, making the rule to choose atom e-business model and choose the atom e-business model which is suitable for enterprises finally. The third step comes to choosing the atom e-business model are analyzed according to the relation picture between the atoms e-business model, judging whether these kinds of atoms e-business models are contradictory. If contradictory atom e-business model, according to the actual conditions of enterprise, choose the atom e-business model better to enterprise; If the atom e-business model has no conflict, then choose the atom e-business model as the atom e-business model of appraising enterprises directly. On primary screening rule, have analyzed nine kinds of atoms e-business models which fit the detailed conditions of manufacturing industry, service trade and agriculture. Having according to the above-mentioned steps obtains primary screening table of manufacturing industry, service trade and agriculture. Enterprises can correspond to the regular table carrying on the e-commerce model selection.After primary screening the e-commerce model, have designed the evaluation model of the e-commerce model. The model is appraising selection of atom e-business model for influence of enterprises. It designs of the index system at first. According to strategic objective, revenue source, critical success factor, core competence of four aspects designs index system. The text has analyzed that influences core competence of 6 influence factors in detail, influences enterprise's value of 6 influence factors, influences critical success factor of 5 factors, influences the strategic objective 4 factors. So has confirmed 4 first-class indexes, 21 second indexes, this forms the atom e-business model of index system. Secondly the determination of the index weight. Mainly according to 10 data of questionnaire investigations, count the mark of each index, then calculate each index average. It can judge the first class index and difference intensity between second-index under the first class index according to 1-9 value laws of Saaty finally. Obtain the weight of each index through the AHP. After receiving every index weight, have introduced the standardized method of the data. Apply the methods of normalization and proportion and carry on the index of dimensionless. Propose the method of the comprehensive decision value finally. Now is mainly divided into two kinds of methods, one is line synthesis method, the other is geometirc synthesis method. The text considering the impact on e-commerce model has an irreplaceable each other between the first class indexes, so the first class index adopts the geometirc synthesis method. Second index is separate, so second index adopts the line synthesis method.In the positive research, the source of the qualitative data is put in order and got after the questionnaire investigation, quantitative data is got through inquiring the annual reports of enterprises. NetSun is an enterprise that totally depends on Internet, it has no enterprise of an entity. It is the enterprise that specially provided service and e-commerce planned. The e-commerce model of the NetSun is very clear, so choose the NetSun to weigh the index system. Analyze according to atom e-business model of flow diagram, firstly analyze NetSun belonging to the service trade. Contrast the regular table of the service trade, choose to accord with the NetSun to hold five kinds of atom e-business models. The five kinds of atom e-business models are overall ISP model, value added network supplier model, fictitious community model, intellectual agency model, portal model. It utilizes the method of AHP and Delphi obtaining the weight of five atom e-business models. Later it has dimensionless to deal with the evaluation index, then calculates the comprehensive decision value of five kinds of atoms e-business models that the NetSun hold, the weight with the five kinds of atom e-business models is multiplied afterwards, the result is the final scores of these five kinds of atom e-business models. The result of the atom e-business model of NetSun is portal model, value added network model, intellectual agency mode, overall ISP model, fictitious community mode. Judge according to core competence, revenue source and service offered of enterprises finally, the order of appraising atom e-business model that the model obtains is basically in conformity with actual conditions of enterprise. So through holding the analysis of the NetSun, can apply the model to other enterprises. Use this model to guide the selection of the e-commerce model of Founder Technologies. Firstly confirm Founder Technologies is the enterprises of manufacturing industry, secondly according to the detailed conditions of enterprises contrast primary screening t regular table carrying on the atom e-business model of the manufacturing industry . The result of primary screening is to face customer model directly, enterprise whole model, face supplier model directly, fictitious community model of the four atom e-business models. Use and appraise model to four kinds of atom e-business models. The atom e-business model of result being suitable for Founder Technologies finally is arranged in order to face customer model directly, face supplier model directly, enterprise whole model, fictitious community model.
