Study On Ecological Construction Index System Of Town In Siyang County

With the rapid development of science and economy since the twentieth century, man's capability to control the nature has been greatly improved. In the progress of material civilization, man has made much negative effect on ecology. To this case, we must study ecological construction of town to realize positive recycle. Establishing a scientific and consistent index system is an urgent problem to ecological construction. And by using the index system the level of ecological construction can be evaluated.Ecological construction of the town is a comprehensive concept that is often considered in terms of several components—economic, environmental ecological, social and cultural. Based on investigating the situation of ecology in Siyang County and researching into domestic and overseas ecological construction evaluating indexes, this paper establishes the index system of ecological town construction evaluating, and by using Analytical Hierarchy Process, the index weight of this index system is also given in this paper. According to the evaluating results and the practicality of Siyang County this paper gives some advice for ecological contruction in the future.This thesis is an important part of the eleventh"five-year"development plan in Siyang and it offers scientific basis for economy development decision. This project has been verified by the 14 session of National People's Congress fourth conference in Jan. 2006 of Siyang and has obtained favorable comments. What's more, it has certain reference meanings to the similar area's ecological construction.
