Analysis Of National Minimum Wage's Economical Effect And Thought On Its Statistical Measure

The minimum wage issue is always one of the matters which every government attach muchimportance to. It is greatly significant in reducing poverty, promoting the social's stabilizationand development.Using vector autoregression model (VAR) to analysis Shenzhen's minimum wage,unemployment, labors' supplement data, we conclude that on actual level, minimum wagesystem don't effect unemployment distinctly, the increase of minimum wage within measure willnot bring serious aftereffect, government should enlarge the enhancement of minimum wage;In a short period of time, the increase of minimum wage will promote the enhancement of labors'supplement, but this effect will be almost zero after two years, government should adjust theminimum wage within two years.At the meantime, we consider the effect of minimum wage institution to national economicgrowth, put forward a new theoretical model of minimum wage' s economic growth effect, getthe equilibrium solution, and then conclude that minimum wage institution will bring on thereduce of employment, the extension of unemployment but the economic growth.At last, this paper made a full-scale expatiation and comment on the measurement methodsof minimum wage standard inside and outside, and put forward several advices on it, and pointout the direction of further study.
