Research On The Mechanism Of Quality Incentive

According to the true condition of enterprise in our country, the key of improving enterprise management is enhancing quality management, setting up quality system and making it effective. Quality incentive is the important part of quality management. It is important to operate quality system well and continue improving quality that quality incentive system is established and perfected.On the basis of the definition and element of quality incentive system, the paper deeply studies the principle of quality incentive system and affective factor of quality incentive. At the same time, on the basis of thinking deeply about and analyzing carefully the exiting situation of quality incentive system, the paper studies and put forward countermeasure of founding quality incentive system: erecting the idea of quality operation, establishing right enterprise culture, founding justice, fair and reasonable pay system, exerting incentive function of reeducation, enhancing objective management and encouraging personnel participating in enterprise management. Finally, in order to validate theory result, the paper practically analyzes quality incentive system of Haier group.
