The history in Shaanxi area is agelong and the national culture here is well-known. It is not only the original place of the Chinese ancient humanity, but also one of the places where agricultural production had developed earliest. In the long-term agricultural production practice, the agriculture culture here had grown rich and colourful, especially the agricultural production custom. In ancient China, many agricultural production customs that affected the later generation could seek its origin from Shaanxi's agricultural production process. This article aims at finding the development vein of Shaanxi agricultural production custom, bringing honor to the traditional agriculture custom, trying to find the characteristic in different place of Shaanxi agricultural production custom, in order to serve the socialist spiritual civilization construction and the local folk custom tourism.The research believes that, because of the difference of natural environment the agricultural production custom in Shaanxi area appears the obvious region cultural difference. In Guanzhong area, the agriculture cultivation culture is deeply and people thinks much of interpersonal relationship contact. The north part of Shaanxi area is half agriculture and half stock raising, and people there are always not good at human communication. The natural environment in south part of Shaanxi area is complicated and the agricultural production type is diverse. The most important agricultural production custom here is believing the ghosts and gods ,as well as cooperation. This paper divides into four parts:The first chapter is the introduction. It has mainly explained the aim and significance of the selected topic, as well as the present research situation and the insufficiency. It has pointed out that thinking more of agricultural production custom has the positive custom tourism.The second chapter mainly discussed the content of Shaanxi agricultural production custom. Firstly, it has limited some basic questions about concept, such as Shaanxi's region division, the limit of agricultural production scope, the connotation of agricultural production custom, and so on.
