The Difficult Development Process Of Private Modern Enterprises In Fuzhou

"Private Modern Enterprises"were,in modern China, private capitalist enterprises of which were invested by regional warlords and bureaucrats who used their private names and capitals and overseas as well;however,they did not involve the industry run by government and foreign capital.The dissertation takes the family business of Electricity of Liu in Fuzhou as an example to illustrate the difficult development process of private modern enterprises in Fuzhou and analyses the context,cause and condition of the enterprises' rise and decline.The auther thinks that the roads of private modern enterprises in Fuzhou is crooked.For instance,the family business of Electricity of Liu,the biggest private enterprise in Fuzhou,was influenced by the characteristics of the times that modern China was semi-colonial and semi-feudal and its relationships with the imperialism and feudal bureaucracy.In addition,its interna management and source of running capital also shaped its development.
