Study On Relation Between Chinese Financial Industry Performance And Economic Growth Based On Co-integration Theory

In this article, we study the relation between Chinese financial industry performance and economic growth based on the endogenous economical growth theory and the industrial organization theory by the modem econometrics method. This article has carried on a more systematic elaboration from two aspects, the theory and the real research, to relations between our country finance industry performance and the economical growth. Firstly, in theoretically we elaborated financial industry question as well as financial industry definition, characteristic, and endogenous economical growth mechanism. Secondly, in view of the finance in the promotion economy growth process function question, we separately analyze the finance, from two aspects, the investment performance and the capital formation, to the economical promoter action based on endogenous economy growth theory. Once more, through the reality empirical data, we have carried on the real analysis to the above theory question, and find that the financial organ saves compared to the loan, the net assets income rate and the economic growth rate change have the only cointegration relations by cointegration analysis technology in the utilization econometrics. Finally, according to the theoretical analysis and the real research, in view of the financial industry characteristic, we proposed that government must high take the financial industry from the overall situation of the development, diligently enhance the financial industry performance; we must governs two aspects from exterior legal system environment and the interior to obtain, and promote finance industry full scale development, and take the financial industry risk guard, and enhance the whole finance industry competitive ability.
