Research On The Choice Of Developmental Modes Of Nongovernmental Economy In Jilin Province

Since the reform and opening-up policies were conducted, nongovernmental economy has become an important component in national economy as well as the important strength of holding up and pushing the increase of China economy. If nongovernmental economy can not develop fast and greatly in a region, it is hard to change and perfect the structure of ownership in a short period, it is impossible to set up new system of market economy. It will be a handicap for the reform of state owned economy and development of local economy. Because the selection of developing mode will directly influence the development of local nongovernmental economy, many places have been paying attention to the development of private economy. In the meantime, they start to pay attention to the choice of developmental modes of nongovernmental economy.There are mainly five typical development modes for nongovernmental economy, including South of Jiangsu Mode, Wenzhou Mode, Zhujiang Mode, Zhongguan Village Mode and Three-city (Haicheng city, Xingcheng city, Zhucheng city) Mode. Every mode has its own developing background, features and developing trends, and provides reference for other places to select it own mode. In order to develop the Old Industrial Base in northeast of China, push private capital economy to develop better and sooner in Jilin province, start a new business with a fever lately and carry out a target of its economic fly, it is necessary to set up the development mode for private capital economy in Jilin province.On the basis of collecting a lot of documents, combining the actual circumstance of nongovernmental economy in Jilin province, the thesis analyses the development situation according to the reason of less development of Jilin nongovernmental economy. The Jilin mode that is suitable for development of nongovernmental economy is put forward, which is: professional features of different industries + multi-elements of investing bodies + marketing system for operating + guidance and guarantee of government + social intermediary services. The thesis also proposes guarantee measures for Jilin nongovernmental economics to keep effective operation.This article involves five parts:Part I: A few representative viewpoints of the meaning of the private capital economy are mainly elaborated in the theories field.
