Study On The Development Of Rural Real Estate

It is the new formulation to build a new countryside in the eleventh five-year plan proposed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, which adhere to the principle of"The production developed, the life be wealthy, the local custom be civilized, the village be neatly, the management be democracy"to propel the construction of the new countryside.Real estate is an industry greatly related to other industries, it can promote the catering trade, building materials industry, communications and transportation business, etc. thus offer a large number of work opportunities and improve the peasants' living standard. Therefore, it is a great action of implementing the five-year plan to develop the rural real estate. At present, there are 2/3 in the countryside over new developed house of 1 billion square meters every year in our country, the amount of new developed house has already leapt to the first in the world at present, the market of real estate of the countryside is broad limitlessly and the spring of development of rural real estate has already come. However, the problem existing in the rural development of real estate is worried by people unavoidably: the land resource is wasted seriously, the ecological environment is destroyed seriously, the developed area is approved illegal, etc. If we can advance the urbanization under the guidance of the government in a planned way, then the peculiar comprehensive effect brought by the development of real estate will appear. This article means to carry on a more thorough analysis on the reason for the problem existing in the development of rural real estate, In view of China's situation, it summarized the precondition that the rural real estate needs meeting and the principle of development, finally, based on the analysis above, the corresponding solutions were put forward. The thesis has been divided into four parts: The first part makes a brief introduction on the related theories used in the process of the development of rural real estate, which is the foundation of the report. On the second part ,the article analyzes the problem existing in the rural development of real estate in details. The third part is the analysis of reasons for the problem in the development of rural real estate, which include the historical reason and system reason mainly. The fourth part means to give some suggestions on the development of rural real estate.
