The Research Of Evaluation On Agricultural Listed Companies' Sustainable Development

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, so the agricultural listed companies should be regarded as the outstanding representative of agricultural enterprises. Whether they can be sustained, stable and healthy development, it is not only an important link of the security market, but also the development of the whole national economic. After China joined in WTO, it is an urgent problem that how is the achievement of agricultural listed companies and how to sustainable development. This paper proposes the research of evaluation on Agricultural Listed Companies'sustainable development.With the related theory of the enterprise sustainable development, the paper generalizes the present situation of the Agricultural Listed Companies'sustainable development and analyses the strength, weak, opportunity, threat and main influential factors. The 30 Agricultural Listed Companies are analyzed by using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks from four aspects: the whole, the capital stock scale, the sub- profession, the agricultural principal work occupies, during the period from 2001 to 2005. As a result, sustainable developmemt state is not optimistic. Meanwhile an empirical analysis that is made up of the factor method and regression is used to find out Agricultural Listed Companies'sustainable development which relates with profitability, capability of debt-repayment, capability of operation, capacity of growth and capacity of expansion. According to the Agricultural Listed Companies'situation to put forward some advices in this paper.
