After some research on tax planning regulations, I make a tax planning analysis on Galtens company which is a Foreign-Capital company in Shanghai, the company get a high return from this plan in the regulate of tax law, in the end of this paper, I make clear some mistake on tax planning, and give some advices about future tax planning.Due to the continual change of tax law, we apply qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on tax planning for Galtens company in the rule of Accounting and tax law, and we make some good ideas on tax planning.
