The Leadership Value From The Eyeshot Of Marxism And The Value-based Leadership

The Leadership Value is the basic precondition to have a leadership activity. We can only make the leadership activity develop along the right direction effectively on the basis of understanding Leadership Value deeply from the eyeshot of Marxism. The Value-based Leadership is a new research result of western leadership academic theory. It has a close inner connection with Marxism basic theory.
