Qishi Hotel of Xiyang is an early-established star hotel and theonly joint venture in Xinyang district. As the leader of Xinyang'srummery couse, Qishi Hotel plays an important role in enhancing theregional tourist business. The study of its performance assessing systemhas a tactic significance in improving the whole management of hotel'sperformance assess in Xinyang.Taking the existing problems in Qishi Hotel as the target, on thebasis of the relevant theories of performance management, this articledesigns a complete system of performance management, and constitutesthe proper settlement. The use of key performance index theory and thebalancing cards theory, through case analysis, literature searches andmarket research, helps to get the detailed solutions; the ration andqualitative analysis helps to make the project of partition of the method,regulation, and relations in performance management, and the separatedperformance index assessment of each department and employee, for the ultimate blueprint of the performance assessing system in which theperformance index of employee and department is associated closely withthe prize system. The training of performance management is also addedto perfect the whole system. In the process of the performancemanagement actualization, combined with the inside and outsideenvironment, comes the scheme of the draft of actualization, thecommunication during actualization, and the feedback, comment andimprovement after actualization, in order to obtain satisfied economicbenefits as well as the active effect in tourism.The major issue in the article will be some help in guiding thefuture development of Qishi Hotel and other case in point.
