When joining the WTO, our country's government's pledge in tourism was: The joint travel agency would be permitted to be controlled by foreign capital no later than January 1, 2003; the travel agency owned only by foreign capital would be permitted to establish in China not late to December 31, 2005. From then on, the monopoly barrier of the tourism has disintegrated , our huge fast-growing tourism market is going to face a more fierce international competition.In recent years, the high-speed growing of economy in our country has led the tourism market to expand constantly, the number of traveling people fast grow and the traveling income increase year by year. But our travel agency industry has not changed its situation of small, disperse and weak yet. This article conducts the research to the travel agency industry just under the background. Through the analysis of the traveling suit in "the gold week", the author discovers the questions and correlative reasons which exists in customer aspect in the travel agency, then applies the customer loyalty theory to our travel agency, which proposed the establishment of customer loyalty strategy in the travel agency. We hope this will contribute to help our travel agency to win in the international competition.In the article, the author figures out the minute value of our travel agency's customer loyalty through processing some appraisal targets, then obtains the thinking of increasing customer loyalty in travel agent.And then gives some suggestions to promote the customer loyalty.
