Research About Profit Patterns Of Venture Capital Enterprise

As an investment mechanism of encouraging innovation and supporting of venture, Venture capital enhances the great significance for promoting the commercialization and industry of scientific and technological achievements, solving the capital problem of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises, improving the capability of independent innovation of enterprises. Abroad, especially in developed countries, both in theory and in practice, Venture capital has a lot of development. However, Chinese venture capital is just beginning. Since November 2005, ten ministries promulgated the "Venture Capital Enterprise Management Interim Procedures ", relevant departments have launched preferential tax policies to encourage the development of venture investment. Venture Capital Funds have been set up or in the process of being established. Currently, a large number of new venture capital enterprises have been set up. We can be said to have ushered in the development of venture capital in the spring in China. And the present, the theoretical study of venture capital has lagged far behind the development of entrepreneurship. Therefore study of venture capital has the great practical significance.Venture capital enterprises always take the project with a good profit patterns project as an important identification standard. But venture capital enterprises are not paid sufficient attention about how they should construct their own profit patterns. And the profit patterns of their own will directly determine their future development, successful venture capital enterprises tend to be profitable because they have built the better patterns. Chinese venture capital has just started in the circumstances. So the study of the profit patterns of venture capital appears to be particularly important.In this paper, based on the system theory, I have constructed a system model of the general profit patterns of the enterprises. On this basis, combining the characteristics of venture capital, I have launched the system models of profit patterns of the venture capital, and analyzed the formation process of the profit patterns of venture capital tapping into causal loop diagrams. I have summed up the characteristics of profit patterns of venture capital enterprises. I have carried out a classification according to the actual operation of venture capital enterprises in their different aspects of separation. In light of reality, I have given the constructive thinking and methods about constructing profit patterns of venture capital business. Finally, in light of actual cases, I proved this system model of profit patterns about venture capital enterprises is validated.
