The development of brand is the only way out for industrial development. In the domestic garment industry leading by apparel brands, strategic outsourcings are being accepted by more and more company managers, in other hands, franchise makes apparel brands in a relatively short time establish a sales network; regional supply uncertainty and the uncertainty of orders make the pressure to the logistics system growing ,which made operational risk even greater. Therefore, the study on meeting for the placement of orders serving for franchisee will become a meaningful attempt to reduce these risks and uncertainties.The research is done from three ways, which are mode classification of meeting for the placement of orders, its evaluation and its operation flow. The research in this article is based on "Einstein's scientificmethodology": factâ†'conceptâ†'theoryâ†'fact. By participation and investigation of fashion enterprises and franchisee, the practice of fashion brand is induced into concept and then tries to conclude into some theories ultimately to serve the meeting operation.Mode Classification is done by structure classification and function classification. By Structural Classification, the meeting for the placement of orders is analyzed from holding mode frequency, time, location, scale and participants, and finally come to a common practical classification structure model. By Functional classification, the meeting is classified into four categories: balanced mode, brainwashing mode, communication mode and pragmatic mode. The main factors influencing the mode are caused by differences of company size.The study on the company evaluation for meeting is based on the channel satisfaction theory. From the point of enterprises and franchisee, quantitative analysis is done to the four elements, which are included with company products, marketing support, finance and meeting, the come out as follows: the satisfaction of enterprise is middle-level; the franchiser satisfaction is high; franchisee and enterprises agree that the improvement of products is primary.The research on the operational flow has given full consideration to the communication, coordination and win-win situation of enterprise and franchiser. The operational flow was divided into three parts, which are preceding plan flow, holding flow, and succeeding flow.In this paper, the concept is extracted from the operation of fashion brand meeting for the placement of orders serving for franchisee on practice level, and fashion enterprises to operate in accordance with the orders will be provided with a referable choice. So the theoretical study can give a guide to practical application and help domestic enterprises to upgrade their clothing brands, enhance the management capacity and achieve a win-win partnership, and strengthen the market competitiveness of the clothing brand.
