Following with the economical globalization and the knowledge-based tide, the world automobile industry has been developing with the industrial centralization and the management globalization. Since 2002, miniature passenger vehicle has been in a paroxysmal-growing demand with the vehicle market. It demonstrates a unique strategic and function grows in the national economy growth and produces the ecological effects and the economical effects have aroused the widespread concern. Therefore, along with the more obvious global economic integration and more intense the market competition day by day, doing a research about how our country's industry of miniature passenger vehicle, according to its particular industrial characteristic, can go out one way which is proper for its industrial competition and development has the extremely important practical significance.This article starts with analyzing the product characteristic of our nation. Firstly the paper analyzes the micro's demand characteristic. Then it discovers the primary factors that affect the micro-vehicle's consumption. Secondly the research has studied the value characteristic of our country's micro-vehicle from value engineering angle. Thirdly it makes a thorough research about region market characteristic of each kind of micro-vehicle product.
