Study On Operation And Management Model Of China Railway Joint Ventures

Joint Venture railway is one of the three operation model of China railway. The other two models are state-owned railway and local railway. With 20 year's development, railway Joint Venture railway has played one more and more important role in national economics. The mileage, passenger and freight, cycle period, revenue has been increased dramatically. With the advent of China's membership of WTO, there will be more and more Joint Venture railways. Study on operation and management model for the existing Joint Venture railways can provide a good reference for the future development.The dissertation takes theoretical research as the core, references the outcome of the past research and adopts the systematic view and analogy method. Based on characteristics of Joint Venture railway, the contents of the thesis include the following several aspects mainly.On basis of studying the concept .phylogeny. scale and the influence on the economy of Joint Venture railway; The paper analyses the actuality of Joint Venture railway. Then the paper chooses several typical joint venture railways as research objects to find out possible regular for China joint venture, among which are: SanMao Railway, the first joint venture railway; JinWen Railway, the first incorporated joint venture; Dacheng Railway, the demonstrative joint venture; Guangxi Yanhai Railway, the first joint venture merged from several other joint ventures; Shuohuang Railway, a resource type joint venture; GuangSheng, Daqin Railway, incorporated joint ventures as result of stock share innovation. All above railway joint ventures are typical in China, representing the today and the tomorrow of China railway reform. Thirdly, this paper studied the influence of railway dispatch,system of liquidate and structure of capital to Joint Venture railway. And last, basis of above content, the article educes the reasonable operation and management model for Joint Venture railways.
