A scientific corporate salary system can have a positive influence. However it has to accord with the enterprise's operation strategy and corporate culture to fully exert its function. Thus salary management is said to be one of the most essential parts in the human resources management activities.With the deepening of the corporate reforms, Chinese enterprises are making explorations concerning the salary system designs. But they tend to lack knowledge as to salary theories and relative methods when it comes to the allocation plan. The same thing happens in the Heating treatment plant of LUOYANG LYC BEARING CO., LTD. As a result, the scheme designed violates the law of value in the labor market, which leads to the inactivity of its working staff and a potential brain drain.The dissertation offers an overall review of the salary management principles and China's development in the modern salary management field. Then the author dwells on the existent problems in the salary system of the Heating treatment plant of LUOYANG LYC BEARING CO., LTD. The paper then makes a strategic analysis of the plant taking the connotation and feature of its corporate culture into consideration.
