At present, many experts and organizations all have done exploration in the theories and have gone ahead in practice in the estimating electronic business system performance. After summing up and refining the appraising theories, the method of structuring and sifting index system have general availability and perception to resolve the uncertainty problems existing in estimating electronic business system performance.
