With the development of the financial system, the integral turn degree of the global financial system deepens increasingly, the open economy becomes the outside atmosphere of the financial system .At the same time the separated financial mode and the mixed financial mode has been the financial system problem for a long time, it involve management system of the financial business enterprise, also involve a government take charge of the finance system. Last century developed country as England , American etc. changed it's financial models from separated to mixed. In our country financial system is running in a separated mode, however up to it effect, this kind of financial mode limited the scale of the financial system development and competition ability, actually it enlarge the financial system risk. For replying the change of the essential financial mode of the international financial system, the development of our country's financial mixed management mode is inevitability. Accompany with the change and development of the financial management mode under the open economy condition, the financial supervision system also developing gradually .The current development trend of financial supervision is the organization structure system of the financial supervision system turned to part mixed supervision mode. This kind of new trend raise many question to the development of our country's financial supervision, currently speaking, our country's financial system is under the separated financial management mode and the separated financial supervision mode. The system itself also a lot of weakness. This dissertation is based on comparison study the experience of foreign country's financial system development and financial supervision development. After comparing different financial management mode and financial supervision mode, this dissertation will find out which mode is fit for financial itself. The results will used to study on our country's financial system, make my point of view :the strategic choice of our country's financial system management and supervision mode.
