Research On The Financial Investment System Of Resource-based-cities

In the sustainable development of resource-based-cities, one thing is that city building requires a great deal of supportable funds; the other is badly lack in funds. The scarce funds have been a bottleneck in the sustainable development of resource-based-cities. This paper is aimed at the financial investment system of resource-based-city based on the socialism market economy in China, and researches on how to improve and innovate the financial investment system of resource exhausted cities. This paper quantificationally sets up appraisal index system for investment attractability and improvement extent of financial investment. Beside it appraises Fuxin City's financial investment system by means of gray multilayer synthetical appraisal method and fuzzy appraisal method. Finally it also comes up with some countermeasure and advice.
