Research For System Analysis And Control Policy Of Inventory

The inventory control is the most important tache for the business enterprise management, which is more and more setted store by the enterprise governor, especially logistic decision-makers. About research for inventory control have carried through a long time from foretime to present, the method of inventory control also have got to change constantly and innovation. The majority of research fruits all have some particular limited conditions or assumption, aiming at the attribute of merchandises or merchandises placed in some particular environment, from the different angles and different flanks or the concrete phenomenon appeared in actual inventory management. So each one expanded research all has its limitation. Moreover about research for inventory control also show dispersion. Therefore we need a general frame for inventory system analysis, which can direct decision-maker correspond the environment variety in time and lay a fast and valid inventory control course.The importance of this paper is to be attended to the inventory system analysis and control policy. Firstly, it introduces the background and research status of inventory management and control; Simultaneity we confirm the future direction of inventory control, and then point out the main research contents combined item source. Secondly, we discuss the limitation of the current inventory system analysis under supply chain environment. Aiming at retail trade, we construct a general frame of inventory system analysis, including five modules: demand analysis,supply analysis,recruit analysis,stock characteristic and decision-making object. Under this frame, after summarizing the limitation of current classification methods, least squares support vector machines are firstly adopted to construct a classifier solving inventory goods classification. Using inventory and decision support theory,we design an inventory selection and decision-making model which is accord withthe development direction. Finally, according to HongYan supermarket, we analyzeits inventory management and control using general frame of inventory systemanalysis.
