Incentive mechanism means exciting people's working motivation , that is to say to arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of people with various kinds of effective methods, make people have an inherent motive force, to finish the task towards the goal expected, it's the psychological activity course for realizing the goal of the organization. So, the most basic purpose that enterprises implement the incentive mechanism is to induce the staffs working motive correctly, make them realize one's own demand while realizing the goal of the organization, enhance their satisfaction, thus make their enthusiasm and creative kept and developed. Today, the competition of the market is fierce, building rational incentive mechanisms of staff, improving the working enthusiasm and working efficiency of the staff is an important job for the enterprise.As the persons who face directly the terminal buyers, shopping guides' sales skill, temperament, service quality and general makings will influence the building of the image of the marketplace. Being the representatives of sales and service who are sent to sellers by producers, shopping guides' service quality not only represents producers, but also correlate with the sellers.The research object of this paper is the shopping guides of G marketplace. G marketplace is a comprehensive large-scale market, having 1500 staffs, including 1300 shopping guides, who accounts for 86% of the total number. The shopping guides work in the first line of sales, their working state affects directly the business performance of the market. But Incentive mechanism of shopping guides is still blank So, it is the research purpose of this thesis to make the suitable Incentive mechanism for the shopping guides of G market.Shopping guide is a new cambium derivative from the market economy, and is widely accepted by manufacturers for its lower management fees and convenient usability. However, shopping guide's double-identity arises in much trouble in management. This literary adopt the research method of the combination of theory and practice, according to the characteristic of shopping guides and the situation of combining G market, made a set of corresponding Incentive mechanism. it includes salary remuneration, merit system, and training program, vocational guidance. Among them humanistic management is the demands of modern management, it is an important means to incentive unofficial staff too.This paper includes four parts: the first part is the survey of the theory, including the general meaning of the incentive , the theoretical research, and the introduction of the progress of the theory , its the foreshadowing theory of the next conceptual design; The second part analysis the actuality of shopping guides, including the appearance ,character and shortcomings of the incentive systems . The third part makes a study on incentive measures, mainly including psychological and humanized encouragement. The last part is the implement of incentive systems and the effects.In the conclusion of the paper, you can see that although shopping guides belongs to the producer, but the seller still can influence them through incentive systems. The double identity of the shopping guides means their management should be combined by the producer and the seller. The originality of the paper is that the incentive system is a combination of the two sides. The salary of the shopping guides is bearded by the producer, but the merit system is controlled by the seller. This system can guarantee the benefits of the three sides.The question that exists in shopping guides of G marketplace is ubiquitous, and can be regarded as the epitome of this enterprise. At the same time, the Incentive mechanism of the shopping guides of G market can provide some feasible solutions.
