Recruitment is a major channel of acquisition and accumulation of enterprise human capital, and also an important way of human capital investment. Based on reviewing and analyzing the theoretical research and literature of enterprise recruitment, it's very theoretical and practical significance to systematically research enterprise recruitment in the perspective of human capital.This paper first defines the recruitment investment and related concepts, and distinct unique features of recruitment investment from investment subject, investment object, and investment model and so on. Then, in Chapter 3, under the basic theory of investment and human capital, from the analysis of enterprise human capital supply and demand, it explores the mechanism of enterprise recruitment investment demand, analyzes enterprise recruitment investment demand fundamentals, and introduces common prediction methods on the needs of enterprise recruitment. In Chapter 4, this article analyze external factors which should be concerned with by the enterprise from the environment of recruitment investment, when the investment decision-making is done of by enterprises; On this basis, it explained the systemic risk and information risk of recruitment from the human resources management system and the perspectives of economic theory, with the way of mathematical analysis and game analysis, and the methodologies of quantitative risk assessment. Next, it raised recommendations of recruitment investment risk prevention. In Chapter 5, the article raised the cost and income indicators of recruiting investment, for assessment of recruitment investment in the scientific economical method. Finally, on the bases of the text summary, the paper pointed out innovation and the need to further improve the place.
