Electricity Sales Price Theory And Empirical Research Based On DSM Project Management

Electricity sales price is the important links of DSM project management ,and is also effective means for encouraging users to participate in DSM project management.First,this paper discusses the theory of electricity sales price, and then , empirical researches on existing sales price from the DSM project management perspective , for example the implementation of sales price in Luohe City, Henan Province. Consider the users incentive factors, based on the input-output method, introduces a concept of the electricity economic value for interruptible load management, determine the pricing method of interruption price; According to the investment cost recovery rates, established mathematical model of reliability price.Finally, according to the development characteristics of electric power in Luohe, make recommendations to improve sales price and implementation study to sales price using DSM project management method.
