Corporate value is an important index of analyzing and evaluating corporate competition power. The purpose of corporate operation is to create value; the symbol of its success is the continuous increase of corporate value. In order to win in the competition, the corporate must choose the value-creating developing model. The speed and benefit of listed airline are far beyond the average level of civil aviation industry, it is a strong promoter of our country's civil aviation. Doing some research on the useful methods and theories of the corporate value and value creation of listed airline will do good to optimize airline's governance structure, improve airline's management, increase airline's economic benefit and promote the full-scale healthy development of our country's aviation transportation industry.The first section is the basis of the whole, including the economic background of the thesis, research method and construction of the thesis.
