With the rapid development of Internet in China in recent years, e-commerce has been integrated into our daily lives. In all of the e-commerce, The C2C e-commerce model has a more rapid development. It has realized the dream to ordinary people of home shopping easily. And it is changing the modern lives' forms of consumption gradually. Meanwhile, the competition for customers source of domestic increasingly fierce competition between the C2C website. And the C2C website also continues to introduce new services, such as the third-party payment platform, the website of the community building for C2C website. However, it is also exposed the shortage of its own along the rapid growth in C2C website, and this hampering the further development of C2C websites.Through the quantitative surveys, the qualitative surveys and the literatures research, the author want to displaying the development of the domestic C2C website situation in general. It point that the domestic online shopping almost want to acquire the functional level and the emotional level of value. It can help us find out the different types of people of online shopping. Then, the author focuses on the drivers and barriers to online shopping. It finds that the credit supervision system is not perfect, and it is the important factors hindered the C2C website further development.Accordingly, Part III focuses on the China's C2C websites credit supervision system construction and the third party payment platform. The author points out its inadequacies through evaluating the C2C website's present credit system, and find out the corresponding improvement measures. There into, the authors propose a model sellers credit rating system is the key to improving the existing credit rating. The model feedback rating from buyers and sellers trust in the near future, people credit rating, the transaction value marking time in five different weight variable degrees of the seller's credit evaluation guarantee the accuracy of evaluating the credit of the seller, science, but also have a greater operability. C2C website to promote the development of greater significance, this is a major theoretical innovation.At the same time, the third party payment platform in C2C transactions play an increasingly greater role Chinese C2C website by the author of the study. It points out the problems that exist in the development process and the corresponding solutions.In the last part of this paper, the author focuses on TaoBao and eBay Comparative Study of Business Strategy, displaying the major domestic C2C website operating strategy, pointing out that priority factor should be given to the needs of future development.
